W4 House

This new build house was built on the site of 36 lock-up garages. Intensive consultation with the 40 neighbours helped to create a half sunken house.

Sustainable materials and technologies were used extensively to create a very low carbon property, with a sedum roof, to ensure the view from the neighbouring houses was as pleasing as possible.
